The digital era has affected how we acquire and
listen to music. The days of the "free" downloaded music have
been replaced with iT unes
and the new Napster. The cassette tape and the CD players are
being shoved aside for the
smaller iPods or Nanos that can hold thousands
of songs, photos, videos even audio books.
These devices can provide hours, even days of listening pleasure,
but the computer has to be set up to be able to transfer "rip" the
music from the CD to the computer (a CD drive is needed) and enough hard disk
space to hold the music.
On-Site Computer Service can assist you
with either setting up your computer and/or teaching how to transfer the music
from your collection of CD's to the computer. |
